📋 Description

‱ Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company ‱ Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations ‱ Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory ‱ Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory ‱ Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy ‱ Facilitating on-time availability of medicines ‱ Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelors degree in Science or Business ‱ 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Oncology ‱ In depth knowledge about customers, territory and Oncology Market ‱ Proven track record in achieving sales targets ‱ Experience in organizing and executing sales and marketing programs in the territory ‱ Strong customer focus and KOL engagement ‱ Ability to work with cross-functional teams ‱ Good collaboration skills and works effectively as part of a team
