📋 Description

• Identify core and critical issues to business performance and clearly communicate strategy, progress, and results across organizational boundaries and levels • End to end ownership for high priority cross functional strategic projects, from ideation through to implementation and tracking • Identify new opportunities to accelerate our core businesses, while also driving evaluation of future growth opportunities • Research new markets, identify key trends, and translate data into actionable insights • Drive the entire M&A process including creating inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, and deal negotiations • Partner with business leaders on strategy development, including identifying product gaps, evaluating build/buy/partner options, and collaborating on target selection criteria • Develop pipeline of prospective targets • Partner with key business unit partners to evaluate opportunities and drive to informed decisions • Support M&A and investment opportunities through negotiation, execution, and due diligence, including financial modeling and valuation • Guide and support post-acquisition integration efforts • Develop network of industry contacts, venture capital firms, and investment banking/advisory executives to bring knowledge of market trends and opportunities to bear on strategic discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience at a leading management consulting, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or business development role in a high growth technology company. • Insurance experience highly preferred • Excellent valuation/analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense • Superior communication (written/verbal), presentation and meeting facilitation skills • Ability to flex between high-level strategic thinking and deep-dive analytical problem solving • Agile self-starter with desire to own and be accountable for projects • Exceptional attention to detail • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible work environments
