📋 Description

• Elicit, analyse and document business needs, functional requirements and business rules • Support stakeholder consultation, requirements prioritisation and validation of proposed solutions • Assess business processes, identify gaps and contribute to feasibility, impact and risk analysis • Analyse and model business processes and workflows • Produce business and functional specifications • Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings • Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities • Join the Development team and cooperate closely with a major client's IT team

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 9 years • Hands-on experience eliciting, analysing and documenting business needs, functional requirements and business rules • Hands-on experience analysing and modelling business processes and workflows, identifying gaps and optimisation opportunities • Hands-on experience with business process modelling using BPMN • Hands-on experience with requirements and solution modelling using UML • Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Hands-on experience producing business and functional specifications • Hands-on experience with backlog preparation and requirements traceability • Experience participating in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities • At least one mandatory certification: CCBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC, PMI-PBA, CAP, CBATL, CBPP, CFLBA, or IREB CPRE • Excellent command of English
