📋 Description
• Participate in business analysis and collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the development team • Analyze, refine, and document user and system requirements • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders • Lead workshops and decision-making processes • Perform software testing and user training • Handle 3rd-level support requests • Maintain documentation • Participate in project management and reporting activities
🎯 Requirements
• University degree preferably in Computer Science, a scientific area, or economics • Experience in requirements engineering, software testing, support and/or software development • Knowledge of UML, XML/XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset • Fluency in German at C1+ level • Motivated, analytical, communicative, and result-oriented • Readiness to travel to client sites in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for workshops • Detailed CV submitted in English
