📋 Description

• Participate in business analysis and collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the development team • Analyze, refine, and document user and system requirements • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders • Lead workshops and support the decision-making process • Perform software testing, deliver user training, handle 3rd-level support requests, and maintain documentation • Contribute to project management and reporting activities

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science, a scientific field, or Economics • Motivated, analytical, communicative, and results-oriented • Experience in requirements engineering, software testing, support, and/or software development • Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset • Fluency in German (C1+)
