âą Participate in business analysis and work closely with client stakeholders and the development team âą Analyze, refine, and document user and system requirements âą Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders âą Lead workshops and support decision-making processes âą Execute software testing, provide user training, handle 3rd-level support requests, and maintain documentation âą Contribute to project management and reporting activities.
đŻ Requirements
âą University degree, preferably in Computer Science, a scientific discipline, or Economics âą Motivated, analytical, communicative, and results-oriented âą Experience in requirements engineering, software testing, support, and/or software development âą Knowledge of UML, XML/XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset âą Fluent in German (C1+).
