📋 Description

• Analyze functional and technical designs prepared by the project team • Propose data storytelling and UX design approaches with consistent visuals to improve user experience • Review existing reports and propose and implement enhancements • Prepare mockups and/or prototypes of dashboards and reports • Present mockups and prototypes to business owners and end-users and gather feedback • Organize dashboards and reports according to the at-a-glance principle, prioritizing KPIs and intuitive navigation • Design a SharePoint site consolidating the dataset catalogue, dashboards, reports, and other DWH resources • Support automation initiatives based on DWH datasets, reports, and dashboards • Collaborate with and support DTS staff and consultants working with Power Platform, Azure, and SharePoint • Support integration of DWH Power BI reports with other solutions • Work as part of the Development team and cooperate closely with a major client’s on-site IT team

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant University degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, etc., with significant coursework in Graphic Design, Communication, or Marketing Analytics • Minimum of five years of experience in UI/UX design and implementation of high-quality dashboards • Ability to translate complex data into a coherent narrative through data storytelling and UX design • Ability to organize dashboards so the most important KPIs are immediately visible • Advanced DAX proficiency for calculated measures, including year-over-year growth, moving averages, and conditional formatting logic • Ability to apply Power BI visual best practices • Expert knowledge of the Power BI Format pane, themes, accessible color palettes, and interaction settings including drill-throughs, bookmarks, and slicer synchronization • Experience building intuitive dashboard navigation using buttons, navigation bars, and landing pages • Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification (PL-300) or equivalent required • Other professional certifications in design/data storytelling, UI/UX design, HCI, Power BI, or Azure SQL are valuable • Excellent command of English
