📋 Description

• Follow Agile and DevOps practices • Define and drive the test and test automation strategy • Support test solution design using principles of reusability, maintainability, and security • Ensure integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines and promote continuous testing • Provide technical leadership for QA activities, including manual testing coordination when required • Prioritize testing efforts based on risk and release needs • Facilitate defect analysis and problem solving • Oversee QA and automation engineers • Ensure consistency and integration of test assets across applications • Integrate into the Development team and cooperate closely with a major client's IT team on site

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in IT, combined with 10 years of relevant working experience in IT • Minimum 10 years of experience in test processes and test automation in similar environments or projects • At least 10 years of experience delivering for or in a production environment operating under formal availability commitments • At least 10 years of experience spanning a multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure • At least 10 years of experience in global projects comprising at least 10 managed services or application environments, or serving at least 100 concurrent users • At least 10 years of experience in global projects or managed service contracts involving formal testing, change, release, or CI/CD pipeline management • Excellent command of the English language • ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL) and ISTQB Test Automation Engineer (CT-TAE) or Selenium certification (or equivalent) would be a strong asset
