📋 Description

• Analyse existing MS SQL, MySQL, and hybrid (Azure/AWS/on-prem) database architectures and observability maturity levels; • Configure and manage monitoring tools such as SQL Sentry; • Evaluate database performance baselines, resource utilisation patterns, and high availability configurations; • Suggest AI-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated self-healing mechanisms for database operations; • Troubleshoot complex Database infrastructure and application issues; • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree combined with relevant IT professional experience of 10 years; • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases; • Experience working with Azure, AWS, and hybrid database environments; • Knowledge of database performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization; • Hands-on experience with database monitoring tools such as SQL Sentry; • Experience troubleshooting complex database and application issues; • Understanding of High Availability (HA) and database architecture best practices; • Familiarity with AI-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, or database automation is an advantage; • Excellent command of the English language.
