📋 Description

• Define scope and write contracts for medium- to large-sized projects • Assist with process creation and implementation for business activities • Outline scope of projects for assigned service lines • Prepare contracts outlining client’s projects • Create change orders as requested by operations and Project Managers • Assist with cost analysis at completion of projects • Ensure adherence to approved sales processes and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific or technical field • 1 year of relevant experience (laboratory, business development or sales) • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship • Strong interpersonal skills • Knowledge of basic office equipment (computers, printers, faxes, copiers, etc.) • Solid organizational skills • Excellent customer service skills • Project management or facilitation skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
