• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and KPIs. • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management. • Support strategic planning and business performance reviews. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes. • Assist in cost analysis and profitability assessments for projects and services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar roles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred). • Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
