📋 Description

• Analyze financial, customer, and market data • Develop well-founded recommendations for action • Conduct market and potential analyses • Identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas • Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management • Collaborate with local management teams and key contacts to implement and further develop group-wide standards and processes • Coordinate cross-border projects • Ensure a consistent data foundation • Support the implementation and use of controlling tools • Further develop existing management tools and KPIs • Optimize processes and improve data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or economics, or an equivalent qualification • Initial professional experience in controlling, finance, or a comparable environment is an advantage; motivated career starters are also welcome • Initial experience using Power Query • Experience working with large datasets (Big Data) • Very good knowledge of MS Excel • Proficient use of PowerPoint and Outlook • Very good written and spoken German • Good written and spoken English • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach • Ability to work effectively in intercultural teams • Self-directed and entrepreneurial approach to work • Ability to manage complex structures and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
