📋 Description

• Own monthly reporting and analyze key KPIs such as ROAS, contribution margins, and logistics costs • Use data from the data warehouse for reporting instead of manual exports • Support budget planning, particularly for sales events, as well as rolling forecasts • Develop planning models and scenarios to support management decision-making • Identify budget-versus-actual variances, analyze their causes, and initiate concrete countermeasures • Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Lovable to automate recurring tasks • Create dashboards, analytical tools, or internal applications through vibe coding when needed • Understand data flows from the online shop, marketplaces, marketing, and accounting, and identify data inconsistencies • Work with the Data team to develop KPI definitions and a reliable data foundation • Advise Marketing, Procurement & Logistics, and Sales on business-related matters • Support departments in independently finding answers using data and AI • Act as the central link between operational departments and management

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance, or a comparable qualification • At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling • Ideally, experience in e-commerce, retail, or a dynamic start-up environment • Strong knowledge of P&L, contribution margin accounting, cash flow, planning, and KPI analysis • Ability to understand complex issues, identify relationships, and interpret data accurately • Understanding of data flows and data relationships, along with the ability to identify implausible figures • Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in day-to-day work • Initial experience with vibe coding is a plus • Team player with curiosity and a hands-on mentality
