📋 Description

• Drive the business development strategy and growth efforts for PSS across the UK and Ireland • Work closely with PSS Leadership to understand priorities and set ambitious yet achievable annual targets • Identify, pursue, and win new PSS opportunities, developing key accounts through analysing client organisations and uncovering their service requirements • Assess client needs and help design tailored service solutions • Collaborate with PSS Leadership to create proposals, present to clients, and deliver outcomes that meet revenue and profitability goals • Collaborate with global colleagues on multi-regional projects • Manage contracting processes for new business • Maintain accurate CRM reporting • Support marketing initiatives to promote the Eurofins brand • Monitor customer satisfaction for existing clients • Undertake additional duties as required to support successful service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in a life sciences discipline, or relevant vocational training and business expertise • Proven business development success at senior levels within the target industry, ideally with experience in Pharma Insourcing • Operate confidently within GxP environments and ensure all activities meet regulatory expectations • Expert knowledge of product commercialisation, manufacturing, supply chain processes, and associated testing and service needs within clients’ markets • Manage key commercial and contractual processes—such as CDAs, MSAs, and pricing agreements—while supporting negotiations and resolving commercial issues with senior oversight • Strong communicator, presenter, and team player, building effective networks and maintaining a customer‑focused, service‑led approach
