📋 Description
• Be responsible for the business strategy and development, including budget and financial performance. • Drive sales and marketing in Sweden, Europe, and North America. • Lead and develop a competent team with personnel responsibility. • Ensure that technology, quality, and innovation align with the business objectives. • Build and maintain relationships with both customers and partners. • Lead the business toward set KPIs and improvements. • Collaborate with internal support functions and laboratories within the Eurofins network.
🎯 Requirements
• A degree in natural sciences, engineering, or mathematics. • Experience in sales and/or business development. • International market experience is a plus. • A humble leader with the ability and toolset to create a healthy and productive work environment. • Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
