• Lead and/or support regional teams in project execution and service delivery • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Clinical team and ECL • Oversee project conduct and maintain proactive, timely communication with clients • Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient study execution according to clinical protocol and quote • Ensure compliance with ECL project management standards and procedures • Obtain client formal approval on specifications and amendments before production • Deliver study set-up, conduct, and closure on time, in full, on specification, and within budget • Oversee corrective actions and escalate deviations to appropriate leaders • Manage assigned study budgets and finances • Maintain a complete, accurate, and inspection-ready Study File • Support sales bid processes to secure repeat and new long-term business • Work with QA, attend study audits, and present the Study File • Ensure timely resolution of corrective actions • Execute projects within timelines and budget • Lead, manage, and support assigned projects • Support Global Project Managers on global studies in the region when applicable • Perform other duties assigned by the manager
• Bachelor degree in healthcare/life sciences (laboratory or clinical services preferred), or significant industry experience (5+ years) in Central Lab • Minimum of 2–4 years Project Management experience in complex project service industries • Minimum of 2–4 years relevant clinical project experience with a CRO or Sponsor organization • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship • Willingness to travel as required • Fluent in English; other languages of operating sites and global clients advantageous • Strong customer focus and quality orientation • Excellent communication skills • Ability to assimilate and rationalize large volumes of information and determine the best course of action • Good organizational and analytical skills • Client service focus and performance orientation
