📋 Description

• Perform calibration and maintenance of customer equipment, particularly liquid handling equipment • Define metrology schedules and inspection procedures for specific equipment in collaboration with customers • Monitor customer interventions and travel to customer sites as required • Work directly on site to perform instrument verification, calibration, and maintenance in accordance with applicable standards • Manage working time independently • Build and maintain trusted customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction • Complete a training and onboarding period in Nantes, including field shadowing

🎯 Requirements

• Education: minimum two- or three-year post-secondary qualification in quality management or laboratory technology • Valid driver's license REQUIRED • Knowledge of metrology preferred • Experience in volumetrics is desirable • Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, well-organized, and customer-focused • Willingness to travel primarily throughout the Grand Est and Hauts-de-France regions, and occasionally elsewhere in France • Very regular overnight stays during the week • The opportunity to help develop a start-up within a large organization is a motivating factor
