📋 Description
• Perform calibrations and maintenance of clients' equipment, particularly liquid handling equipment • Define metrology schedules and inspection plans for a given piece of equipment in coordination with clients • Track client interventions and travel on-site as needed for service calls • Manage your working time autonomously • Ensure the reliability and compliance of measurement equipment at client sites • Carry out on-site interventions in compliance with applicable standards • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction • Contribute to the growth of a start-up operating within a larger organization
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum initial education: equivalent to Bac+2/+3 in quality assurance or as a laboratory technician • DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED • Ideally, you have knowledge in metrology • Experience in volumetry is desirable • High degree of autonomy • Meticulousness • Strong organizational skills • Good client relationship skills • Availability for regular travel within the Grand Est and Nord regions, and occasionally elsewhere in France • Availability for frequent overnight stays during the week • Availability for a multi-month training and onboarding period in Nantes and observation in the field
