📋 Description

• Perform calibration and maintenance of customer equipment, particularly liquid handling equipment • Define metrology schedules and controls for specific equipment in collaboration with customers • Monitor customer interventions and travel to customer sites as required • Manage working time independently • Work directly at customer sites to inspect, calibrate, and maintain measuring instruments in compliance with applicable standards • Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction • Contribute to the development of Eurofins Metrology’s metrology business

🎯 Requirements

• Initial training: minimum two- to three-year post-secondary qualification in quality management or as a laboratory technician • A valid driver’s license is REQUIRED • Knowledge of metrology is preferred • Experience in volumetrics is desirable • Highly autonomous • Thorough and detail-oriented • Strong organizational and customer relationship skills • Available to complete several months of training and onboarding in Nantes, followed by field shadowing • Available for travel primarily throughout the Grand Est and Hauts-de-France regions, and occasionally elsewhere in France • Very frequent overnight stays during the week • Annual working-time package of 218 days
