📋 Description

• The Product Manager is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of the IT product “eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe”. • From strategy and roadmap definition to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. • Define and maintain the product vision, objectives, and value proposition. • Translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap. • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements. • Own product success metrics (value, adoption, satisfaction, cost). • Act as the single point of contact for the product. • Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs and user feedback. • Facilitate decision-making between business, IT, and external partners. • Own and maintain the product backlog. • Define and prioritize epics, features, and requirements based on value. • Work closely with delivery teams to plan and deliver increments. • Manage the product across its full lifecycle (ideation → delivery → run → retirement).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in an IT environment. • Strong understanding of software and IT product lifecycles. • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors). • Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery models like Scrum, SAFe etc. • A background in TIC industry and/or Healthcare is a plus. • A background in LIMS development is a plus. • Broad understanding of IT systems, applications, integrations, and data flows. • Experience with ITSM and delivery tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps). • Awareness of security, compliance, and regulatory constraints in enterprise IT. • Ability to prioritize based on value, risk, and effort. • Data-driven decision-making mindset. • Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to influence without formal authority. • Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style. • Comfortable navigating complex organizational environments.
