📋 Description

• Define, manage, and deliver digital product requirements • Manage and prioritize product backlog and roadmap • Lead discovery workshops and define optimized solutions • Act as a connector between stakeholders and technical teams • Convert requirements into structured user stories • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers • Support stakeholders through UAT cycles • Provide ongoing application support for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership and/or Business Analysis • Strong ability to understand business context and translate into actionable outcomes • Experience leading discovery activities and defining business processes • Background in evaluating solution alternatives • Ability to transform complex requirements into structured user stories • Experience managing UAT cycles and driving adoption • Strong operational mindset for application support and continuous improvement • Excellent communication skills in English and German • Regular use of AI tools for productivity and decision-making
