📋 Description

• - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. • - Conduct market research and user interviews to identify pain points and translate them into actionable requirements. • - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, timely product delivery. • - Author clear, concise user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria. • - Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement. • - Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value and technical feasibility.

🎯 Requirements

• - 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or digital product environment. • - Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to back up assumptions and recommendations. • - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • - Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch. • - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. • - High level of autonomy and the ability to thrive in a remote-first culture. • - Technical background or experience working directly with API-driven products. • - Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo. • - Prior experience working in a high-growth startup environment. • - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and wireframing tools.
