📋 Description
• Ser el principal punto de contacto del cliente para el servicio post-venta • Resolver las inquietudes, solicitudes, peticiones, quejas y reclamos de los clientes • Brindar soporte técnico en relación con los resultados de informes enviados al cliente de acuerdo con los acuerdos de niveles de servicio • Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente mediante seguimiento y soporte post-venta • Diseñar e implementar planes de acción para promover las ventas y la fidelización de los clientes • Liderar las reuniones con los clientes para el seguimiento de proyectos y muestras de rutina.
🎯 Requirements
• Tecnólogo/a en Mercadeo y Ventas, Química Industrial , o estudiante de Química, Ingeniería Química, Regencia de Farmacia o Química Farmacéutica • Interés en desarrollarse en el área de servicio al cliente en el sector farmacéutico.
