📋 Description

• Provide professional customer service to clients and contractors • Serve as the main contact for clients, external stakeholders, and scheme owners • Coordinate and arrange certification and second-party audits end-to-end • Oversee accreditation and witness audits • Maintain knowledge of program and accreditation requirements • Coordinate audit dates with clients and auditors • Maintain audit scheduling systems and manage the audit diary • Assign audits to auditors with correct skill categories • Maintain client, site, audit, and witness records • Support sales follow-up for new, lost, and gained clients • Improve certification systems and workflows, including EAOL • Generate SOPs for EAOL and Eurofins Assurance US systems • Document certification processes, reports, decisions, and certificates in EAOL • Ensure accurate pricing and support overdue invoice collection • Execute certification withdrawals when required • Manage surveillance, monitoring, and recertification activities • Attend team meetings, conferences, and trade events as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, food science/technology, quality, regulatory affairs, data science, engineering, or related area • Additional work experience can be substituted for education • Minimum 1–3 years of experience • Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, and databases • Commitment to providing excellent customer service • Data management experience is a plus • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship • Ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Flexible attitude toward work and changing demands
