📋 Description
• Être le référent interne pour le métier formation • Collaborer avec le service ressources et compétences afin d’aider à la qualification des formateurs recrutés • Collaborer avec le service marketing pour la promotion de nos activités de formation • Réaliser des missions de formation auprès de nos clients • Maintenir et développer ses compétences techniques • Contribuer activement au maintien de la certification Qualiopi • Contribuer à la vie du Système de Management de la Qualité • Apporter sa contribution au Système de Management de la Qualité • Contribuer au développement et à l’amélioration continue des outils et des prestations
🎯 Requirements
• Ingénieur Agro-Alimentaire ou équivalent • expérience de plus de 5 ans dans le domaine de la formation • Expérience significative dans l’animation de modules de formation en lien avec la sécurité alimentaire et/ou référentiels GFSI • Maîtrise d’un domaine d’expertise souhaité • Anglais professionnel • Rigueur, organisation, pragmatisme, bonne communication écrite et orale • Aisance relationnelle • Travail d'équipe
