📋 Description

• Conduct independent social compliance audits at production sites and throughout supply chains, with a focus on labor rights, occupational health & safety, and ethical sourcing — predominantly in Germany and elsewhere in Europe. • Review documentation and thoroughly prepare for audits. • Produce clear, precise, and timely audit reports in English. • Professionally communicate findings to the client on site. • Verify corrective actions. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international standards (ILO, SA8000, BSCI, RBA) as well as national labor laws. • Comply with the Eurofins Code of Conduct and maintain strict confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Law, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field. • APSCA certification as a Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) is desirable. • At least 3 years of experience in social compliance audits or related roles. • Knowledge of international labor standards and human rights issues. • Strong analytical skills, plus excellent communication and reporting abilities. • Proficient with MS Office; tech-savvy and detail-oriented. • Fluent German (C1) and very good English; additional languages are an advantage. • Willingness to travel frequently and flexibility for assignments within Germany and occasionally abroad. • Integrity, intercultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently.
