📋 Description
• Engaged on short-term ad-hoc projects • Supported on each by a project manager in one of our EMEAI offices. • Conducting thorough due diligence on companies in the context of M&A IPOs, assessing their financial health, market positioning, and growth prospects. • Engaging with key stakeholders for insights relevant to investment evaluations. • Collecting and analysing data from diverse sources to support investment valuations and decisions. • Reviewing and collecting information from secondary sources. • Developing a market and financial model for the investment. • Generating detailed reports and presentations using MS Excel and Word to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. • Availability of min. 30 hours per week when actively engaged on a project.
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of the Financial Services industry. • Tenacity in the pursuit of information and a keen attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and a willingness to find strong industry contacts. • High level of numeracy - Ability to work with, analyse, and interpret data. • Fluency in English. • Previous experience working on a short-term contract basis or in a freelance capacity. • Excellent time-management, organization and self-motivation skills. • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
