• Support sales and marketing teams in day-to-day operations and campaign execution • Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate data and efficient workflows • Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline lead management and conversion processes • Assist in the implementation of marketing automation tools and digital marketing initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and alignment between sales and marketing activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (engineering background is a plus) • 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing operations or a related role • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) • Experience working in a multinational environment • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing tools and CRM management • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
