• Exciting opportunity for a result driven Sales Director. • Comfortable taking ownership of our sales strategy. • Lead our revenue operations with significant leadership capability. • Build an effective revenue team that supports our strategic growth plans. • Drive revenue and growth across existing accounts and new business. • Create and execute strategic go-to-market and sales plans.
• At least 5 years' experience in a Sales Director role within a high growth SaaS environment, ideally with the context of selling software to contact centres. • Previously led a 10M+ (minimum) ARR sales function with 50%+ growth • Experience of selling into both UK and American markets • Commercially astute with good business acumen • Experience of managing outsourced SDR teams • Forecasting pipeline and deals in HubSpot (or similar) • Strong communication skills both verbal and written • Significant experience in coaching, developing and leading sales professionals • Comprehensive understanding of industry issues and competitive landscape to ensure relevance and appropriate competitive positioning
