📋 Description

• End-to-end ownership of workstreams across frontend, backend, APIs, and data • Internal tools, integrations, and GTM systems • Building reusable primitives over one-offs • Owning and evolving the web platform • Ensuring reliability through monitoring, validation, and runbooks • Partnering with growth, sales, and RevOps teams • Lifting the team through code review and reusable patterns

🎯 Requirements

• Business-critical production experience (6+ years preferred) • Deep full-stack range across modern web stack, backend services, APIs, and databases • Strong debugging and reliability instincts • Product and business judgment • Independent ownership of workstreams • Low-ego, high-collaboration leadership
