📋 Description

• Define and scale Eve’s brand identity across all mediums — web, campaigns, video, experiential, product, and internal culture. • Evolve the AI-Native Law Firm and Legal AI Minefield narratives into cohesive brand systems and assets. • Partner with the CMO to build a consistent “Tesla-meets-Apple” visual and verbal language for Eve. • Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, and external creative partners to execute high-quality, high-velocity work. • Build scalable brand systems and processes for content production, web design, campaigns, and visual storytelling. • Maintain a consistent “brand feel” across touchpoints — sleek, cinematic, confident, and empathetic. • Concept and execute flagship brand campaigns, including launch videos, keynote visuals, and high-end film storytelling. • Collaborate with product marketing to translate technical AI innovation into visual storytelling that resonates with law firm audiences. • Oversee design and production of web, video, social, experiential, and print assets, ensuring brand consistency and excellence. • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align brand expression with GTM strategy and category creation. • Collaborate with leadership on high-stakes moments: product launches, customer events, and investor storytelling. • Elevate internal culture through creative systems that inspire pride and alignment around the Eve mission. • A **visionary storyteller** who can turn abstract concepts (like “AI-Native Transformation”) into visceral creative.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in creative direction, brand design, or marketing communications — ideally within **AI, SaaS, or category-creating tech companies**. • Deep experience crafting emotional, premium storytelling — with a portfolio that blends **strategy, aesthetics, and narrative clarity**. • Proven ability to translate complex products or industries into **simple, powerful visual stories**. • Experience leading in-house teams and creative agencies. • Passion for **justice, technology, and transformation** — with a bias toward clarity, speed, and excellence. • A **builder** who loves establishing brand systems, templates, and scalable creative pipelines. • A **taste-maker** with the ability to push boundaries while maintaining brand integrity. • A **collaborator** who can bridge creative, marketing, and product teams to achieve unified impact.
