📋 Description

• Build and improve features across the frontend, backend and database from product discussion through release and ongoing maintenance • Work with event experts and founders to understand user needs and shape practical solutions • Build and evaluate AI features and workflows • Define good results, investigate failures and turn real examples into regression tests • Make architectural decisions with the team • Keep the product secure, reliable and maintainable • Use coding agents where helpful and review and verify the resulting software • Present a project worked on during the technical conversation and discuss technical decisions, product and UX choices, trade-offs and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping and maintaining production web products across frontend, backend and database • Experience building AI agents or workflows using prompt engineering, tool calling and failure handling • Experience building evaluations from representative examples to measure quality, investigate failures and test improvements • Ability to design clear data models and choose simple architecture • Experience using coding agents and verifying their output for correctness, security and maintainability • Ability to turn user needs into practical features with clear, usable interfaces • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in spoken and written English • Experience with TypeScript and React strongly preferred • Experience operating AI agents or workflows in production, including monitoring quality, managing latency and cost, and recovering from failures • Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Drizzle, Neon or Vercel nice to have • Experience turning domain experts' knowledge into software nice to have • Open-source contributions nice to have • No fixed number of years of experience required; demonstrated skill is valued • Contract arrangement depends on location; freelance contract may apply where the employer has no legal entity • Fluent/working proficiency in English
