📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to professional event planners and marketers • Lead customer onboarding and relationship-building to drive adoption and value generation • Guide customers through technical product training with hands-on enablement • Manage full-service event contracts end-to-end, overseeing multiple events • Lead proactive project management across the entire event lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences • Conduct regular customer touchpoints including strategy sessions and quarterly reviews

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience planning or coordinating professional B2B events • Demonstrated experience using event technology — registration platforms, event apps, or virtual event platforms • Familiarity with tools such as Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Hopin, or similar • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical event organizers • Top-notch organizational skills: you manage multiple projects simultaneously • An empathetic, problem-solving mindset.
