📋 Description

• Review and approve or reject user-generated content according to platform standards • Document the basis for moderation decisions • Conduct safety and compliance reviews of in-house content and workflows, including datasets and AI characters • Take action on content flagged for violations or by internal detection systems • Moderate video, image, and text content according to internal guidelines and processes • Categorize and tag content for appropriate visibility and usage across the platform • Meet regularly with the manager to clarify questions, ensure processes work as expected, and share insights • Report to the Senior Content Moderator and Legal and Safety Lead • Regularly review NSFW content

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience moderating content for an online platform • Understanding of policy enforcement and compliance practices • Ability to interpret and apply moderation guidelines with sound judgment • Excellent command of English, including slang and nuanced communication • Strong communication and collaborative skills • Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment • Doer mindset and ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy • Humble and willing to learn; open to feedback • Comfortable reviewing and discussing NSFW content • Experience moderating NSFW content or working with DMCA/copyright issues is a bonus • Fluency in additional languages is a bonus • Familiarity with common moderation tools and automation platforms is a bonus • Must be willing and able to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
