📋 Description

• Report to and work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer • Assist in daily management of paid acquisition channels and DSPs, including Meta, TikTok, and Google • Support scalable acquisition funnels through tracking implementation and data insights • Prepare ad concepts, organize creative assets, and set up audience tests • Monitor campaign and funnel performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards • Flag critical changes and performance anomalies • Pull, clean, and organize CPA, ROAS, and retention data for weekly and monthly reviews • Maintain internal reporting documents and dashboards • Support creative briefing by communicating asset changes, successful angles, and performance data to the content team • Collaborate with Product and Content teams on landing-page and funnel launches and testing • Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency • Document and implement systems to increase creative testing speed and reduce fatigue • Build initial relationships with traffic-source representatives and assist the senior team with communications and performance reporting • Research and document new acquisition opportunities, including networks, formats, and tools • Stay current on platform rules, policy changes, and algorithm shifts • Execute campaign changes to scale budgets while monitoring CAC and ROAS targets • Set up tracking and advertising infrastructure for new platforms • Translate performance data into recommendations for creative concepts and ensure ads are launched and tracked correctly • Contribute to EverAI's goal of growing its AI companionship platform from 50 million to 100 million users

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition • Basic understanding of major ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google • Ability to quickly learn and master new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data/Excel • Ability to identify effective ad hooks and translate data into creative briefs • Good communication skills • Fluent in English • Motivated, accountable, action-oriented, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn • Knowledge of basic online marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, and CPA is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with analytics or tracking tools such as GA4, Voluum, or platform reporting setups is a nice-to-have • Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals such as dating, femtech, or telehealth is a nice-to-have • Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
