📋 Description

• Conceptualize scripts based on production needs and existing AI characters/IP • Create long-form cinematic and/or short-form vertical video content • Produce narrative-driven storytelling, hook-first shorts, stylized visuals, and explicit NSFW visuals • Own end-to-end AI video production from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, post-production, and final delivery • Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms • Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity • Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction • Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques and share skills with the team • Follow the Content Lead’s creative direction while independently making technical and execution decisions • Refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality • Report to the Content Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Junior: 1–2+ years of experience in video editing, digital art, or content creation • Mid/Senior: 3–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art • Strong portfolio showing AI-driven video work; AI-driven video work is a must for Mid/Senior • Hands-on experience with AI video tools and models such as Seedance, Kling, Happy Horse, Runway, or Luma • Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing tools • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, cinematic language, or platform-native language • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences • Fluent in English • Strong communication and collaboration skills • High ownership and ability to work independently from concept to completion • Experimental mindset and comfort with ambiguity and evolving tools • Ability to iterate, test, refine, and improve quickly • Curious, self-driven, and open to feedback • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content • Willing and able to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence • Required portfolio links, including a best narrative film/video and examples of AI vertical mini-series episodes
