📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships, keeping affiliates informed and supported • Oversee onboarding and integration of new affiliates into the affiliate program • Monitor affiliate performance and report on traffic, conversions, and ROI • Analyze affiliate results, optimize campaigns, identify improvement areas, and find scaling opportunities • Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners • Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels and maximize conversion rates • Review and improve affiliate communication and management processes • Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies, including SEO, media buying, and paid social • Advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting • Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI • Fluent English • Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment • Ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-moving environment • Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content • Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems, postback S2S setup, and ad servers • Experience handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops • Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level • Knowledge of funnel optimization and A/B testing • Experience with subscription-based business models • Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques • Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence is requested in the application
