📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships • Keep affiliates consistently informed and supported • Oversee onboarding and smooth integration of new affiliates • Monitor affiliate performance and generate traffic, conversion, and ROI reports • Analyze affiliate results, identify improvement areas, optimize campaigns, and find scaling opportunities • Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners • Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels and maximize conversion rates • Regularly review and improve affiliate communication and management processes • Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies across SEO, media buying, and paid social channels • Advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting • Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI • Fluent English • Strong communication and collaborative skills • Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment • Doer mindset balancing execution, planning, and strategy • Adaptability and openness to feedback • Comfort advertising products based on uncensored models and content • Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems, postback S2S setup, and ad servers is a bonus • Experience handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops is a bonus • Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level is a bonus • Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing is a bonus • Experience with subscription-based business models is a bonus • Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques is a bonus
