📋 Description

• Lead one or two paid acquisition channels, with potential to expand scope based on performance • Build and iterate scalable acquisition funnels toward aggressive growth targets • Run high-velocity tests across creatives, audiences, and placements to improve CAC and LTV • Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards • Analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior to drive decisions • Build and maintain reporting frameworks guiding strategic and tactical changes • Own creative briefing, including hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns • Collaborate with content and product teams on high-converting landing pages • Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and increase testing speed • Manage relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements and custom deals • Explore new acquisition opportunities across networks, formats, and tools • Track platform rules and algorithm changes and adapt strategy • Identify automation opportunities and create internal acquisition tools • Create SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines for efficient campaign scaling • Scale existing campaigns to 3x+ budget while maintaining CAC/ROAS goals • Help grow the user base from 30M to 100M users in 12 months • Execute 0-to-1 testing in new channels • Improve conversion through landing-page testing and funnel iteration • Own creative input and analytical feedback loops • Work directly with the CMO

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition • Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend • Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms • Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboards • Strong creative instincts; ability to write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate quickly • Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion • Perfect fluency in English • Experience with subscription models and CAC/LTV frameworks (nice-to-have) • Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals such as dating, femtech, or telehealth (nice-to-have) • Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content • Willing and able to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence (preferred contract structure)
