📋 Description

• Ship code & lead from the front as a Player/Coach • Own the model lifecycle, including SFT and RLHF/DPO • Architect high-precision moderation systems • Design and train custom classifiers for content detection

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience • Proficient in Python/PyTorch and comfortable with the modern LLM stack • Experience shipping AI at scale to millions of users • Understanding of NSFW content moderation • Intuition for Alignment: Knowledge of prompt conditioning and sampling • Owner mindset: Focus on metrics and user experience
