📋 Description
• Ship code and lead from the front • Architect the system and mentor the team in Python/PyTorch • Own and manage the model lifecycle for SFT/RLHF • Drive the strategy for data sourcing and cleaning • Design and train custom classifiers for moderation • Create nuanced, context-aware moderation systems
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of engineering experience with ML/LLM features • Proficient in Python/PyTorch • Deep understanding of 'Uncensored' challenges with NSFW content • Intuition for alignment in LLMs • Strong focus on production solutions • Experience in building at massive scale • Comfortable with nuanced engineering and moderation
