• Manage a portfolio of UAE customers, ensuring high service continuity, stability, and satisfaction. • Oversee incidents, change requests, and maintenance activities in line with SLAs. • Plan and deliver system upgrades, enhancements, and technical roadmaps. • Act as a key liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams. • Lead deployment and configuration of Techwan / Everbridge applications in on-prem environments. • Administer and automate tasks in Windows Server using PowerShell. • Manage SQL Server databases and GIT-based deployments. • Troubleshoot, test, and integrate third-party systems and APIs. • Support sales and business development with demos, workshops, and technical input. • Build trusted relationships with government and public safety customers. • Collaborate in Arabic, English, and French, ensuring cultural and operational alignment.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in System Engineering, DevOps, or Technical Project Management. • Strong technical background in Windows Server, PowerShell, SQL, GIT, and API integrations. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French highly desirable. • Nice to Have: Knowledge of DevOps tools (Ansible, Azure DevOps), .NET / C#, IIS, GIS systems, or telephony integrations; certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile.
