📋 Description

• Deliver world-class product design for complex products, using insights-driven approaches to solve meaningful user problems • Drive seamless cross-product experiences by identifying opportunities that benefit multiple user groups • Lead UX activities across the product lifecycle, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams • Conduct and apply UX research, define success metrics, and use data to measure design impact • Foster strong collaboration through clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and sharing insights and work in progress • Mentor and coach designers and stakeholders while continuously improving design practices and team capability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in SaaS product design, with a strong portfolio of impactful work • Proven ability to lead end-to-end user-centred design processes, from research and problem definition through to delivery and measurement • Strong expertise across UX methodologies including research, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, analytics, and ideation • Experience designing complex, cross-product experiences across responsive web and iOS platforms • Demonstrated success improving design practices, increasing team maturity, and mentoring designers • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the business • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering pragmatic, iterative solutions in fast-paced agile environments • Growth mindset with a collaborative and humble approach.
