📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs across paid media, email, events, and additional channels • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention • Lead marketing attribution efforts and build models to understand channel impact • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance) to align marketing goals with business objectives • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performance • Present findings to senior leadership with clarity and strategic insight • Stay current on analytics tools, trends, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, or a related field (master’s preferred) • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and Excel • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution models • Excellent communication skills—able to translate data into compelling stories • Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation • Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques • Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle analysis • Prior work in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth startups
