📋 Description

• Perform detailed data analysis and profiling to support MDM and data integration initiatives. • Analyze and validate master data domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, or Supplier. • Work closely with MDM developers to validate match, merge, and survivorship logic. • Perform data reconciliation and validation between source, staging, and target systems. • Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting. • Support implementation and enhancement of Informatica MDM / PowerCenter / IDQ solutions. • Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and duplication. • Create documentation including data mapping, data lineage, and business rules. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and governance policies. • Support UAT, reporting, and production validation activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst • Hands-on experience with Informatica (MDM / PowerCenter / IDQ / IICS) • Strong understanding of MDM concepts – golden record, match & merge, survivorship rules, hierarchies • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation • Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and data quality analysis • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows • Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
