📋 Description
• Provide application support for Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) in production and non-production environments • Design, configure, and customize labels using MAWM label design tools and third-party label management systems • Troubleshoot and resolve label printing issues across multiple sites and printer models • Work with business teams to gather requirements for new label formats • Support daily warehouse operations – inbound, outbound, inventory, RF transactions, and reporting • Manage integrations between MAWM and print servers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues • Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and change requests related to MAWM and labeling • Document support activities, create SOPs, and provide training for warehouse teams
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in IT Services • 3+ years of experience in Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) • Strong hands-on experience in label designing tools such as Loftware, Bartender, NiceLabel • Good understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, outbound, inventory, putaway, picking, shipping • Knowledge of RF devices and label printer configurations • Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, and troubleshooting integrations • Experience with incident/change management tools like ServiceNow or JIRA
