📋 Description
• Develop new litigation ideas and manage the day-to-day in ongoing litigation • Develop and implement legal strategies that advance clients’ policy objectives • Closely follow legal and policy developments, political news, and industry trends • Contribute to multiple client teams, cultivating external relationships and coordinating internal workflow
🎯 Requirements
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership required • A minimum of four years of legal experience • Litigation experience strongly preferred; understanding of constitutional law and administrative law preferred but not required • Exceptional legal research, writing, and editing skills • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to quickly translate legal complexity for diverse audiences • Ability to think creatively to address complex issues
