• Handle level 1 and 2 application or functional requests (Incidents and Service Requests) from internal users and our partners in English • Contribute to change management and the implementation of new processes • Write procedures and update the internal knowledge base • Participate in and perform version upgrades and installations of new application solutions • Prepare documentation • Reporting
• Higher education in IT (BTS, IUT or equivalent) • Initial significant experience in management, coordination and application/functional support • Proficient with office tools (Excel in particular) • Comfortable using SQL and handling data in exchange files (CSV, XML, …) • Fluent in English (read, written and spoken) — essential • Experience in commerce/digital process environments and/or Supply Chain is a plus • Ability to take perspective, team spirit, sense of responsibility, priority management, pedagogical skills • Organized with strong analytical skills • Strong interpersonal skills with a client focus • Service-oriented and a team player
