📋 Description

• Respond to user calls • Diagnose faults remotely (hardware or software) • Guide users through troubleshooting steps or take remote control of their systems • Escalate incidents to the appropriate support group if unable to resolve • Ensure follow-up on tickets until resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is required • Demonstrate teamwork, rigor, good listening skills, and a customer-service mindset • Strong technical and interpersonal skills are assets for growth and career development with us
