⢠Lead business development initiatives, identifying and acquiring new clients and projects (approx. 70% of role) ⢠Utilize CRM tools to support commercial prospecting and maintain a qualified resource pool ⢠Develop and present commercial offers in response to calls for tender ⢠Manage existing client portfolios and drive momentum in assigned territories ⢠Support service delivery by monitoring performance, scheduling, time management, and team career development ⢠Oversee client relationships: needs assessment, pricing, timelines, contracts, and resource allocation ⢠Handle client invoicing and financial aspects of projects ⢠Identify and implement strategies for territory growth ⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field ⢠2-5 years of experience (Level of Experience: 2-5 years) ⢠Proven track record in sales, particularly in service-based industries ⢠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ⢠Strong analytical and listening abilities ⢠Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus ⢠Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals ⢠Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities ⢠Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment ⢠Collaborative team spirit ⢠Experience with CRM tools and commercial prospecting ⢠Experience managing client invoicing and financial aspects of projects
